PadGallery is ENTE’s third PadMap for Quake 3 Arena. It is an art gallery where not only ENTE, but also two artist friends could present their works. The map therefore has several exhibition areas, one of which even has erotic pictures. Since this caused problems for the publishing by computer game magazines, especially in the American area, there was also a softened version of the map at the same time, in which the erotic pictures were replaced by further works of ENTE. He did almost entirely without textures from Quake 3 Arena and thus took a new creative path. A few months later the map was also adapted for Star Trek: Voyager – Elite Force, then it was substantially revised again in the context of the Padman Skin Contest and re-released under the name PadGallery deLuxe for Quake 3 Arena with additional, exchangeable galleries.

The two versions, with and without erotic gallery, overwrite each other in the installation directory, so only one of the two maps can be played at a time. When connecting to servers online, this can lead to connection problems if server and client each have the other version, because the file name is the same. The deLuxe version, on the other hand, does not overwrite the older version in the installation directory and can therefore be installed in parallel without problems.
