It’s hard to believe, but 20 years ago today World of PADMAN was born as a modification for Quake 3 Arena, Happy Birthday! After two and a half years of hard development work, the first beta version was released on June 18th, 2004. It contained 11 maps, six player models with a total of 14 different skins, nine weapons, seven power-ups and the game modes Spray Your Color, Big Balloon and Last Pad Standing. If you want to experience the PadMod again and play it together, you are welcome to do so on Hectic’s server “PadMod | 20th Anniversary”.
